LL Pianos

Little and Lampert is a piano tuner and importer in Harrow, northwest London, selling and delivering pianos nationwide. They came to us a few years ago for a website, which we developed, but this did pose us a specific challenge because the owners are blind.

We were able to arrange for testimonials to be uploaded onto the site via email so that James could still update his site using his existing computer software. This was a solution for testimonials, but after a couple of years James felt that he really wanted to market the website more extensively and use it to sell pianos online.

Access by Design was delighted to take the opportunity to develop a system tailored to the needs of our client and this particular commission was something we had never done before.

Polly, one of our team of talented web designers, set about creating an administration panel which could be navigated by James and allow him to use PayPal as the payment gateway for selling pianos online. He is now able to upload photographs and a description of each piano and apply a PayPal button to the product, enabling him to reach more customers than ever.
